briq Institute and Bonn Graduate School of Economics sign agreement to support young scholars
The Institute on Behavior and Inequality (briq) and the Bonn Graduate School of Economics (BGSE) have further expanded and deepened their cooperation by signing a contract on the financial support of young scholars. This formal agreement was announced by Professor Armin Falk, CEO of briq, and Professor Benny Moldovanu, academic director of the BGSE. Currently, about 25 selected BGSE students directly benefit from this cooperation through scholarships totaling 300,000 euros per year.
The agreement has an initial duration of two years and is expected to be continued. "It's not just about funding," says Armin Falk. "briq also supports BGSE students in their implementation of innovative research projects in the fields of behavioral economics and the foundations of inequality." Participation in workshops at briq and other events such as summer schools will provide the basis for an intense professional exchange.
