Data-enabled frameworks for cross-border knowledge sharing are essential to reduce health inequities and to support a personalized health system. Investing in strengthening health systems, data-driven solutions and personalized healthcare will accelerate innovation and promote access to health solutions for all of us. Exchange and collaboration will drive the translation of data into actionable healthcare information, but both rely on adequate digital infrastructures.
