Two members of the Karlshochschule community among the Top 40 under 40!
The prestigious business magazine "Capital" has once again recognized outstanding leaders in its "Top 40 under 40" summit this year. This year's awardees include Professor Dr. Robert Lepenies, President of Karlshochschule International University and Professor of Heterodox and Pluralist Economics, and Dr. Andrea Beierlein, an alumna of Karlshochschule and Vice President of Sales Strategy & Sales Support at Leoni.com, a global automotive supplier based in Nuremberg.

The jury of the "Capital" magazine annually selects 40 individuals under the age of 40 who have achieved remarkable accomplishments in the previous year. In the categories of business, politics, and civil society, both personalities have stood out through their impressive career paths and commitment.
Dr. Andrea Beierlein, a graduate of Karlshochschule in Intercultural Communication and Management, has had an impressive career in the healthcare and automotive industries. Since her graduation, Dr. Beierlein has held key positions at Siemens Healthineers and LEONI, and is currently the Head of Sales Strategy & Sales Support at Leoni.com. Her extensive expertise in restructuring companies, solid financial, strategic, and sales knowledge, combined with her pronounced interdisciplinary and intercultural understanding, has made her a sought-after expert and leader. Dr. Beierlein says, "My time at Karlshochschule has sharpened my perspective on global challenges. The intercultural and interdisciplinary education provided me with a solid foundation that I still rely on today."
