Circular Food Packaging Solutions for the Household - Made from Recycled Materials and Designed for Recycling
The pursuit of a circular economy is becoming increasingly important. This also raises the central question of how food packaging for the household can be made from recycled materials and at the same time designed for efficient recycling. For this reason, the Cofresco Forum is hosting a full-day event entitled ‘Circular Food Packaging Solutions for the Household - Made from Recycled Materials and Designed for Recycling’ in Sigmaringen on 1 October 2025.
This year's round table will bring together leading experts from science, industry and public initiatives to present and discuss innovative solutions and strategies for sustainable packaging concepts. Participants can expect exciting presentations on the latest approaches in the circular bioeconomy, regulatory requirements such as the PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) and technological advances in sorting and recycling. An exclusive tour of the Sustainable Packaging Institute (SPI) and numerous networking opportunities round off the programme.
